Sie erz\u00e4hlte vom Versagen der \u00f6sterreichischen Dopingkontrolleure und nahm die Spur zu einem Labor in Wien auf, das im Verdacht steht, Spitzensportlern systematisches Blutdoping zu erm\u00f6glichen. Wenige Wochen sp\u00e4ter begann sich auch die deutsche Antidopingbeh\u00f6rde Nada f\u00fcr die bislang nur in Insiderkreisen bekannte Firma Humanplasma zu interessieren und bat um Rechercheunterlagen.<\/p>\n

Sollten etwa auch deutsche Athleten die vertraulichen Dienste in Anspruch genommen haben? Laut ARD stehen derzeit rund 30 Namen auf einer Verdachtsliste. Ins Zwielicht gerieten internationale Radstars ebenso wie Biathleten und Langl\u00e4ufer aus Deutschland. Bereits unmittelbar nach dem Dopingskandal im Turiner Olympiaquartier der \u00f6sterreichischen Biathlonmannschaft war die Wiener Blutbank erstmals in das Visier der Fahnder ger\u00fcckt.<\/p>\n

Noch leugnen alle Beteiligten. Doch die Illusion, lediglich einige Radrennfahrer und schwarze Schafe in anderen Disziplinen w\u00fcrden mit verbotenen Mitteln ihre Leistung steigern, d\u00fcrfte nun endg\u00fcltig geplatzt sein. In Wien kursieren bereits wilde Ger\u00fcchte, Namen von Skihelden und Schwimmstars werden genannt. Ist Doping ein Massenph\u00e4nomen? Zumindest finden die Doper immer neue Helfer. Sie m\u00f6gen glitzernde Figuren sein wie der Madrider Arzt Eufemiano Fuentes, gro\u00dfspurig auftreten wie das kalifornische Dopingnetzwerk Balco. Oder sie verstecken sich in einer sch\u00e4bigen Gasse in der Vorstadt von Wien.<\/p>\n
